10.0Had a great stay at Melbourne Carlton Central Apartment Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. A special mention to Gokhan at reception, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Excellent service makes a huge difference—will definitely stay again!
