A very pleasant stay
9.0Very good location and comfortable room. Young woman serving breakfast worked very hard to ensure guests were promptly served. She had a very pleasant temperament and friendly manner.
− There ought to be more staff assisting with breakfast. The young member of staff had to work very hard.

9.0Nos surpreendeu positivamente. Havia lido comentários bem ruins sobre a limpeza, bichos (persevejos) no quarto e rispidez dos funcionários, mas nossa experiência foi totalmente contraria. Quarto limpissimo, cama super confortável, funcionários educados. A brasileira que atende no café da manhã eh uma simpatia.
− Como todos os hotéis em veneza, carpete nos quartos (podiam tirar de todos né?) Kkk. E no site do hotel ou mesmo aqui no booking.com poderia ter a indicacao do vaporetto correto para chegar mais próximo ao hotel sem tantas escadas e pontes pra subir com malas. Nesse caso desde a estação de trem Sta Lúcia pegar o vaporetto 1 e descer na sta Maria del Giulio. 3 minutos caminhando para o hotel

5.0Posizione vicina a San Marco, praticamente dietro la via principale con i negozi di Roger Vivier, D&G, Chanel etc.. Buona la colazione. Personale disponibile
− La camera nella dependance è al secondo piano, avendo un problema al ginocchio se lo avessero indicato non avrei prenotato. Nella camera c'era acqua per un difetto del condizionatore. Che ho ovviamente spento ma ha continuato a gocciolare tutta la notte. Per la colazione ovviamente bisogna uscire ed andare nel hotel principale...
