10.0Easy to check in. We had a long day at Hershey park that was only 15 minutes away. Very comfortable and clean.Staff did give us milk for breakfast even though they were closed for breakfast.
− We tried to catch breakfast but we were late. Didn't get there till 10am. They had a little bit of food to choose from still warm.
Great stay for when families are inHershey!
10.0Breakfast had alot of options. They said they would keep pool open 15 mins extra for us! Everyone was so nice! Everything was clean and very comfortable!
− The noise from the highway made it difficult to fall asleep.

− Staff is very rude in the front office. Manager did not address our concerns. No internet in the entire stay. No one addressed the issue. No hot water in the bathroom. Room changed after multiple call outs.

− The floor in the elevator could have been cleaner. The elevator was not working properly as well.
