Preis-/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht
4.0Die Lage des Hotels, der öffentlichen Nahverkehr war gut zu erreichen auch eine Bäckerei, wo man sehr gut frühstücken konnte.
− Das Personal war zwar freundlich, trotzdem wurden meine Angaben z.B., dass die Zimmerschränke nicht sehr sauber war, dass die voher schriftlich gebuchten Utensilien erst am 2. Tag zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, dass die Klimaanlage nur zu 10 % funktionierte, ignoriert wurde. Sprach man das Reinigungsteam an, zuckte man mit den Schultern, weil kein Deutsch gesprochen wurde. Die Dusche roch nach faulen Eiern. Zumindest brauchten wir dann keine Garagengebühr in Höhe von 110 Euro bezahlen.
Ich möchte das Hotel schon immer da ich es über Jahre kenne, aber langsam sollte mal investiert werden. Mitarbeiter alle

− Erstes Zimmer war der TV defekt, also neues Zimmer. Zweites Zimmer Licht kaputt, wurde auch nicht repariert in den 3 Tagen. Gardinen hatten mehrere Löcher und das schlimmste was der Teppichboden der überall große Löcher hatte und Flecken

9.0De kamer was perfect! De route daar naar toe ook en vanuit het hotel naar de Dusseldorf kermis was een fluit van een cent (Metro stopt om de hoek)
− 1 koffieapparaat (een slome ook nog) voor al de gasten bij het ontbijt is wel heel weinig De mevrouw achter de balie 'smorgens om 9.00h was niet goed gehumeurd maar dat kan iedereen wel eens overkomen
Eher schlecht. Vielleicht nich ein Versuch beim nächsten D‘dorf Besuch

− Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Mitarbeiter haben widersprüchliche Aussagen zur Bedienung der Anlage genascht, Reklamationsaufnahme war eher schlecht
