− Receptionist was quite rude and not helpful in assisting us. Rooms were quite dated too.

− Our room had air con but second room we booked didn't, our room had a stain but the second room had mould in the bathroom and no air con.

− The room I stayed in was infested with bed bugs. I thought at first i had heat lumps due to the hot weather but by friday i was covered in bites.
