10.0I'm not sure I've ever had such excellent service in a hotel. Arusyak (?) who checked us in after we'd got off the overnight train from Tbilisi was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great, especially if you're vegetarian or vegan as there are lots of veggie options. There's also an ATM and exchange desk in the lobby which was handy.
− The breakfast room gets busy when they first open at 7.30am so it can get noisy.
