Decent hotel in excellent location & helpful staff but rooms a little tired.
7.0Excellent location, close to Puerto del Sol. Helpful staff. Decent selection for breakfast.
− Smallish room with no outside facing window. A little tired and worn. Lack a few of the usual things I would expect in a hotel of this type (robes, slippers, bidet towels, flannels, tissues, etc). Wardrobe door wouldn't open far enough to allow the drawers to slide out without scraping the door! Aircon/heating didn't seem to work well.
