It is one of my faborite olaces in Madrid to stay.
10.0Excllent location, walking distance to all the sites and shopping areas in downtown Madrid. Extremely courteous and friendly staff. Rooms were maintianed immaculate every day of my stay. Dont be taken aback by the small street the hotel is on, very safe area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

− Outdated old hotel. Rooms are small, and Outlook is terrible Aircondishinig is not adjustable. One lift didn't work for 3 days.. The breakfast was bad, as the quality of food was very bad. No bathrobes This hotel is not 4 stars, mx 3. Ask to change the room as it was very small for 2 people
