Citadine is the only hotel I know refusing to issue an invoice for the rental - unacceptable...
2.0− The reception refused to issue an invoice with the argument, I booked via Booking.com, who must issue the invoice. And Booking.com referred back to Citadine to receive the invoice - very bad procedure.
