− Ailece konakladığığımız bir aile odası öbüründe Junior suit oda ikisi de temizlik açısından çok kötüydü yataklar çökmüş haldeydi aile odasında çok kötü koku vardı temizlik yapıldığını söylediler hiçbir çarşaf değişimi yoktu asla günlük temizlik yapılmıyor kahvaltı da İtalya’ya göre normal

ロケーションや清潔さは良かったが、ハウスキーピングのミスが２回もあって残念。
5.0レセプションが24時間対応で、未明3時過ぎの出発時にも、こちらが呼ばなくてもすぐに出てきてくれた。部屋が清潔。フェニーチェ劇場すぐ、サンマルコ広場に数分で、ロケーションは良い。
− ４泊で、ハウスキーピングが３回入ったうち、１回は鍵を閉めそびれていて（扉が開いた状態のまま。幸い、盗まれたものはなかったものの）、もう１回は、バスマットを提供してくれなかった。
