Overall pleasant hotel and staff, perfect location.
8.0We were able to check in a bit early, which after flying 14 hours was great! They had a decent breakfast buffet with high quality items. Desk staff were helpful and friendly. Great location, nice to have a lift and a fridge in room. Appreciated individual a/c temp control.
− Like many hotels, the room doors were heavy and LOUD when opened and closed. Our sleep was disturbed after 2am by inconsiderate late guests 2 of 3 nights. No true lobby, no dedicated luggage storage.The only seating is in the adjacent breakfast are below the front desk. No phone to call down to lobby in room. Why not put groups on the same or lower floor to keep noise isolated?
