− Rente dos habitaciones contiguas, pero en una de ellas las almohadas eran diferentes e incómodas, desafortunadamente yo me enteré hasta después de salir del hotel pues es la habitación q ocupaban mis invitados y les dió pena denunciarlo. El horario de albercas debería ser de 8 a 22 horas

− I was very disappointed by the food safety standards at the buffet. During our stay, I ate at the buffet, and only afterward did I witness birds actively eating from the buffet food while it was still being served to guests. I was completely grossed out when I realized what I was seeing. What was most concerning was that the staff did not appear to intervene or replace the exposed food. Unfortunately, after eating at the buffet, I became ill with severe stomach pain and diarrhea. My symptoms became serious enough that I had to see a doctor, who confirmed that my illness was consistent with foodborne illness caused by something I had eaten. I am currently still on medication as I continue to recover. While I cannot say with certainty that the buffet was the source of my illness, witnessing birds accessing the food afterward without any apparent action from staff raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Birds are known to carry bacteria and other pathogens that can contaminate food, which is why preventing them from accessing buffet items is an essential food safety practice. I hope the resort takes this issue seriously by ensuring birds cannot access the buffet and by promptly replacing any food that has been exposed. No guest should have to worry about the safety of the food they are being served.
