When you're taking a shower, the water runs out, the sheets aren't changed, the rooms and bathrooms are badly damaged, with loose, broken tiles. Nothing like what the photos show.

Room had hairs no shampoo body wash no towels one bed was dirty with stains the other bed sheets where wet reported to front office they only offer me sheets to change and make it my self
