5.0The staff was friendly and it was clean-ish (didn't feel gross). The room is tiny but does the job of you literally need to sleep and not require anything else
− The stairs are why too narrow. Carry suitcases up there is genuinely dangerous, staff should really offer help here. It gets way too warm in the room (not sure how that would be during winter) Rats everywhere just outside the building
Der Aufenthalt in London war schön, das Hotel mehr als schlecht.
2.0− Nach der Anreise wurden wir als Paar mit 2 Kindern im Keller untergebracht, mit dem Hinweis, wir hätten ja schliesslich kein 5 Sterne Hotel gebucht.
I was only there 6hrs, that was enough. You get what you pay for. I wanted cheap, this was cheap.
5.0Communications were good and they allowed me to check in late (past 23:00). Convenient walking distance from Paddington.
− It just wasn’t for me. I appreciate it was cheap but honestly, it’s real budget. I stayed “in the basement” the smell of damp (I’m not saying there was damp in the room but we’ve also in the biggest heatwave, when did it last rain?) I didn’t use the shower. I’d rather strip wash. Toilet flusher was hanging out the toilet.
