8.0I checked in and Andreas, the first customer service person who was training, was very nice and professional. I got up to my room, and it sounded like the door lock was dying and wouldn't unlock. I went back downstairs to get a different room. The second guy I dealt with suggested that I didn't know my numbers and went to the wrong room. Then he suggested that I didn't know how to use the card key (I travel a fair bit and do know how they work). Then he suggested that I was too weak to open the door. It was rather insulting. He wanted to just send me back up to that room and meet a maintenance guy, but I had already been traveling for 36 hours with no sleep and really just wanted another room. He finally got me a different room. The second room had no problem with the door opening for me, and the rest of my stay went well.
