6.0Location is fantastic for an early flight from terminal 2.
− Not the best experience with reception staff on this occasion unfortunately. There was a misunderstanding on checking in to the 3 rooms we had booked where only 1 should have been charged for parking also but 2 couples paid. Should have been easy to sort but we were made to feel like we were lying and questioned as such. It was sorted upon us providing proof. I would choose not to stay there again following the interaction.
Great option for at the airport
9.0I arrived very late, so I appreciated the 24 hour reception. The staff were very friendly, and the room was very comfortable and surprisingly large for a standard room.
− I only have one slight niggle about the room - the air conditioning was quite loud, to the point where I could hear it through my earplugs. It didn't stop me from sleeping, thankfully, but it might be an issue for guests who are very sound-sensitive. Perhaps there was a night mode that might have made it quieter, but having arrived so late I didn't check.
