7.0Las habitaciones me parecieron un poco básicas y antiguas por el precio.. el desayuno estaba bastante bien, típico Inglés.. y pocas personas del staff de recepción hablaban español. Hubo turnos que necesitaba consultar algo y si o si teníamos que manejarnos en inglés.. me pareció extraño

8.0Great location with easy access to the metro, buses and trains. Really convenient to get around. The staff were always so friendly, welcoming and helpful every single day. We really appreciated the daily housekeeping, fresh towels. Being able to store our luggage was another great bonus.
− Breakfast was good, but selection quite limited, mainly traditional English breakfast options. There weren't many cold cuts or wegetables. It wasnt a big issue for us but for someone staying longer or not particulary fond of English breakfasts, it might get a bit repetitive.
