− There were no facial tissues, no water for the room, no slippers. These are basic things and were not provided.
Lastima. Pudo haber sido mejor.

− No tenía caja de seguridad. Tampoco aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Habitacion pequeña sin placard ni donde poner la ropa. El baño tenía amenities de mala calidad y no tenia telefono para llamar a recepción.

Great few days in the beautiful city but spoilt a little by the bedroom.
6.0Location was fabulous...great staff...acceptible breakfast
− We were horrified at the smell of smoking when entering the room. Previous occupants had clearly chain smoked for days previously to our arrival. Pillow stank of smoke...Disgusting!!...house keeping should of been on top of this for the price we paid for the room.
