7.0Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la estación de Metro en Avenida Liberdade y en una zona de la ciudad muy segura y agradable. La habitación ok, no es grande, pero tiene un minibar, aire acondicionado silencioso. Falta un poco de mantenimiento en las instalaciones.
− Falta de coordinación entre los empleados de recepción; el día del check out debía salir muy temprano para tomar el tren a Porto, me ofrecieron un box lunch, pero llegado el momento la persona en la recepción me dijo que eso debía coordinarlo el día anterior. Felizmente solucionaron el impase.
