5.0− La piscina climatizada con un olor y vapor de cloro importante en el mismo ambiente donde se desayuna. Incómodo el desayuno e incómoda la piscina con toda la gente mirando mientras desayunan. Deberían estar más cuidados ambos ambientes ya que no son compatibles. El desayuno me pareció muy pobre para un hotel de esa categoría. Sin tostadora! algo tan simple como eso. Hay una sandwichera eléctrica para tostados con fiambre y los que queremos tostadas debemos usar la misma con todas las adherencias del queso fundido. Esperaba otra cosa ya que elegí el hotel basada en los comentarios de los huéspedes!!!!

− Piscina não estava aquecida, diferente do que falam na descrição; Quarto pequeno; Não tem onde pendurar as toalhas; Pedem seu número de cartão com DV ou 100 dolares no check-in mesmo já tendo pago a estadia. Na correria do check-out, acabei perdendo meu dinheiro. Entrei em contato com a estadia e me ignoraram. Achei desnecessária essa conduta. A sauna é minúscula. Não tem frigobar. Não tem aquecedor no quarto. No último dia, vi um ar condicionado (pode ser que seja aquecedor também, mas não falaram nada no check-in) ZERO isolamento acústico (acordei várias vezes à noite com coração disparado por achar que alguém estava entrando no quarto, mas era o barulho do corredor). As fotos do booking estão superestimadas.
