10.0The spa was fantastic! The room was comfortable.
− The food at the restaurant was good but overpriced. It was also frustrating that there is limited dinner service times.
Rooms are great, but a lack of service.
7.0The majority of the staff especially the wait staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
− The fact that they advertise that there is a restaurant and bar menu available until 9:30pm yet refuse service when the chef is busy. If relying on a hotel for food service this is probably not the hotel for you. I was definitely disappointed especially when the duty manager told me I was being rude when I enquired why I couldn’t order off the bar menu an hour and a half before the end of their advertised closed time and was told it was hotel standard and that I would have to order food in via an external provider.

9.0Everything but the parking arrangements
− You may have outsourced the parking, but the people using it are still your customers first. The line, " We have nothing to do with it" did not make me happy. The signage on the pillars does not indicate it is prepaid or to be paid when leaving. As a suggestion. tell people this when they check in. It would really neat if you could structure it to pay it on their bill.

− There was nothing I didn’t like. But I would have preferred the gym and breakfast to open earlier.
Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed to stay with guests in any of the Suites.
