5.0Das Zimmer war sauber und wie beschrieben. Dicht an der Bali Therme
− Ich möchte andere Reisende vor einer sehr unschönen Masche in diesem Hotel warnen. Beim Einchecken wurde mir explizit ein bestimmter Preis für das Frühstück genannt. Als es dann ans Auschecken ging, folgte das böse Erwachen: Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass der genannte Betrag angeblich nur die Hälfte gewesen sei. Ich musste am Ende tatsächlich das Doppelte des vereinbarten Preises bezahlen. Das ist absolut unprofessionell und fühlt sich wie reine Abzocke an. Zusagen beim Check-in sollten bindend sein. Wer hier übernachtet, sollte sich jeden genannten Preis sofort schriftlich bestätigen lassen oder das Frühstück lieber außerhalb einplanen. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht wieder betreten.

− Es gab kein Bett/Ausziehsofa für das Kind obwohl wir für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht hatten. Bei der Buchung war dies nicht erkennbar.
