Lacks personal safety: 1 access to floors is unrestricted 2 Door does not have a dead bolt 3 safe in the room is just laying there. Not bolted to anything.

Mercure in Toruń was okay for a short stay, but the property definitely needs an update. Like many Accor hotels, the experience can be hit or miss—some locations feel modern and refreshed, while others, like this one, are showing their age. The basics were covered, but I expected a bit more from the brand.
