− All the stairs, no lift. Furnishings too old. Bathroom smelled.

− It is certainly NOT 4 star. I would rate at 2 stars. Carpet throughout was filthy, very dated.

− just the mattress was too soft for me personally, nothing anyone could help that’s more of a personal issue
