7.0Personnel sympathique. C'est Propre.
− Mais je ne suis pas fan des chambres duplex. J'ai eu chaud la nuit, malgré la climatisation ( qui n'arrivait pas a faire baisser la température.) Et l'insonorisation et incomplète. Les bruit aérien ok. Mais j'ai entendu ses portes se claquer très fort ( la personne devait le faire exprès vue la force c'est pas possible) Peut-être volontairement en protestation de mes fille qui marché a pied nu dans la chambre (10h de voiture c'est dur pour des enfants) ( Les enfants en bas âges sa a tendance a marcher sur les talon) Mais pas de chaussons ou autre a leur donner cas non fourni. Donc je leur et dit de rester assis sur le lit ;-(

7.0De ligging op doortocht naar het zuiden
− Ontbijt Leek op het eerste zicht heel gevarieerd maar bleek dat een aantal zaken toch van mindere kwaliteit. Basiszaken zoals roerei, spek worstjes smaakten niet lekker . Pannenkoeken fijn maar zo industrieel en dus niet erg lekker. De optie om zelf eitjes te koken: prima maar het water kookt niet dus dan wordt het wel erg lastig om te bepalen wanneer je eitje is zoals je het wilt. Veel moeite met relatief beperkt resultaat. Toch een pluim voor de zeer vriendelijke man in de ontbijtzaal die iedereen heel vriendelijk en enthousiast ontving!
Goed doorreis hotel maar nog wat ruimte voor verbetering van de kwaliteit
7.0De kamer was netjes met heel goede bedden. De badkamer is functioneel maar heel klein. Voor ons was de locatie heel goed als doorreis hotel.
− Het ontbijt valt tegen in vergelijking met andere 4 sterren hotels. Er was voldoende maar het stokbrood was taai, de croissants niet voldoende afgebakken en de roereieren hadden een poedersmaak. Er waren werken aan de gang waardoor het niet mogelijk was de benen even te strekken na een lange autorit.

4.0Booked a room for 3 people that was to include 1 large and 1 small bed. Got 'upgraded' at check in to a room that contained 1 king bed. After going to the front desk, we were placed in a room in the rear section that required a flight of stairs to get to the main door, and the room itself contained a loft with a split bathroom (sink/shower downstairs, toilet upstairs) and no railing for the staircase in the unit. As we were traveling with my 92 year old grandmother, this was not going to work well. I ended up having to book an additional room. However, the original attendant hadn't unassigned us from the first room, so we had to dispute charges at checkout. I'm leaving out a lot of detail, but sufficed to say this hotel did not in nearly any way meet my expectations. If all you need is a bed and a toilet, stay here. If you are looking for anything more, look elsewhere.
