7.0Die Größe des Zimmers
− Extra Parkplatzgebühr, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht erwähnt wird. Die Badewanne war extrem rutschig und für ältere Menschen zum Duschen echt gefährlich. Es wurde das Reinigungsmittel kaum entfernt und schon beim Einsteigen wäre ich fast gestürzt......beim Auschecken wurde mein Erwähnen lapidar abgetan. Schade

5.0Schönes grosses Zimmer ,gut temperiert.... Gute Lage am Stadtrand man ist schnell in Richtung Autobahn...Sowie schnell im Stadtkern.
− Es war Sonntag, bin etwas eher angereist,was nicht zu ändern war. Es ging kein Weg rein das Zimmer vor 15.00 zu beziehen..Angeblich wurde es noch geputzt...(1,5 Std.Wartezeit). Man bekam nichts zu trinken angeboten, kein nettes Wort, irgendeine Kleinigkeit die das Warten erträglicher gemacht hätte. Service gleich null....Statt dessen patzige genervte Konversation. Ich habe so ein arrogantes Verhalten ,wie der zwei sehr jungen Damen an der Rezeption noch nie erlebt. Schade,da ich bei meinen vorherigen Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel einen ganz anderen Eindruck hatte. Egal...Ich ziehe meine Konsequenzen. Alles Gute für Achat Zwickau....

8.0Zur Begrüßung bei den hohen Temperaturen gab es ein Eis zur Erfrischung. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum.
− Das Restaurant ist leider am Wochenende geschlossen.

9.0Tram-Haltestelle fast vor der Tür, Zimmer zum Hof war ruhig auch bei offenem Fenster.
− keine Klimaanlage, war bei der sommerlichen Hitze von 30°C nicht so schön.

− Extra Parkgebühren im einem Hotel, wo 99,9% der Gäste mit dem Auto kommen, betrieben von einem externen Unternehmen, was gleich mit Strafgebühr droht, wenn man sich nicht en einem extra Tablet registriert, worauf das Hotelpersonal aber nicht bzw. nur halbherzig hinweist, komplizierter gehts nicht, weiterer Versuch zum Held einnehmen
