10.0Brilliant place, and so glad I upgraded to a Queen Junior Suite. The food was first class too. Huge parking area. Every member of staff was great.

− dinner took 2 and a half hours not enough staff
Not as relaxing as we expected it to be
5.0Room was adequate, meal on the second night was lovely the place it’s self is a lovely place, and we had decent weather pool was nice but busy
− Meal on the 1st night was over2 hours late and we got a feeble apology off the waiter, I told the receptionist when we left on weds morning and she said that all the staff on Monday had a very trying day and I’m sorry everyone was so stressed but that had nothing to do with me or my husband if you have overloaded your selves on bookings that’s your fault if you couldn’t deal with it perhaps you shouldn’t haven’t taken load of bookings, and the breakfast was a bit like a cattle market people everywhere all trying to get breakfast at the same time it’s not brill, the coffee machines weren’t working on the weds but nobody bothered to put a sign on it to say it wasn’t working people kept going up to it to get there coffee a member of staff kept saying to people it’s not working eventually they put a sign on it say out of order would it not have been easier to do that right from the beginning total chaos
