5.0Lage und Aussicht aufs Meer
− Gereinigt wurde einmal auf spezielles Verlagen. Danach wurde Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt.
Vi havde et dejligt ophold, men især rengøringen var virkelig ikke tilfredsstillende
7.0Det lå perfekt på Sylt, med stranden lige over vejen og indkøbsmuligheder og restauranter lige i nærheden.
− Vi checkede ind online, men alligevel manglede der en opredning på vores værelse for to voksne og to børn. Rengøringen var sparsom, selvom man skulle bede om det, hvilket vi gjorde 2 gange under vores ophold. Overflader blev ikke tørret af, så den kaffeplet som var på natbordet ved ankomst, var der stadig da vi rejste. Vi var også nødt til at bede om ekstra toiletpapir, da dette ikke blev fyldt op ved rengøring. Ved morgenbuffeten var der de første dage flere beskidte tallerkener og skåle end rene og alle borde havde gamle pletter.

7.0Tolle Lage und ein schönes Haus!
− Man merkte, dass das Hotel nicht mehr Inhabergeführt ist und kürzlich von einer Kette übernommen wurde. Das Personal war noch nicht eingespielt insbesondere im Bereich Housekeeping und Frühstück. Das Abräumen der Tische und Nachfüllen des Büffets dauerte teilweise lange und die Reinigung z.B. der Hausflure, des Grundstücks, der Zimmer, Handtuchwechsel und so weiter war noch nicht optimal. Das sehr nette Personal an der Rezeption versuchte sein Bestes, Informationen an das Housekeeping-Team weiterzugeben und auszugleichen.
Das Hotel kann man empfehlen.
8.0Frühstück gut, Strandnähe, ausreichende Parkplätze vorhanden.

8.0...wir hatten n i c h t das abgebildete Zimmer mit Erker, sondern nur 1 Fenster.... da wird getäuscht !
− Rezeption oft unbesetzt. Frühstücksbetreuung total unterbesetzt und deshalb wirklich chaotisch...Tische unabgeräumt ,Brot, Besteck, Eier, fehlen im Wechsel...leere Sekt- flaschen werden nicht erneuert, stehen in warmem Wasser, Riesenschlangen an einer Kaffeemaschine , die andere defekt...Unmut unter den Gästen stört die Stimmung sehr ....
