The hotel is well located. The best thing about BW CH is the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

− The very slow lift. Fortunately we were only on the 4th floor.

− Toiletries available. For a traveler wanting to travel light this would have been helpful - I needed to purchase then throw away - and this was a bit of a waste.
