− The mattress was past its best before date and the bathroom door would not close properly as it needed servicing.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Locations Staff

− However, carpets should not be used in hotels—you never know when they are truly clean. The baseboards were broken and dirty. The bathroom also had some fur/hair in it.

Guest that have booked a pre-paid booking will need to present the card they have paid with online when arriving to the hotel.
