10.0Établissement bien situé à proximité du métro, quartier de bureau calme . Personnel discret et respectueux, locaux accueillants et très agréables. Chambre grande et confortable, Clim mini frigo et tv grand écran.
Beschreibung des Hotelzimmers auf booking stimmt nicht mit der des Hotels überein
8.0Gute Ausstattung und gute Sauberkeit der Unterkunft.
− Wir hatten für 2 Personen gebucht mit großem Bett Schlafcouch. Wir haben sogar extra einen Aufpreis für die Schlafcouch bezahlt. Als wir ankamen hieß es, es sei nur für 1 Person reserviert und durch das Upgrade hätten wir jetzt ein Zimmer ohne Schlafcouch und ohne Klimaanlage. Scheinbar stimmt die Beschreibung des Hotels nicht mit der auf booking zusammen und sollte dringend angeglichen werden. Am Ende kam man uns entgegen, aber es hat eine Weile gedauert und hätte bei größerer Zimmerauslastung wohl auch schiefgehen können. Den Aufpreis mussten wir natürlich trotzdem bezahlen, da das Hotel nicht den booking Preis erstatten könne.
