10.0There was always a staff member nearby to answer questions. Room service was very fast and attentive. The pool area was clean, service was good and overall very relaxing.

− We waited for a while to get a table in the causal restaurant and eventually gave up and went to a venue down the road. Would be good to know when checking in that guests don’t get priority in using the on site restaurants.

10.0An upscale boutique hotel with long history on the beach in Waikiki. Central but quiet, immediate access to the beach, and an excellent service.
Hotel’s SpaHalekulani & Premier Suite modernization project will take place from January 8, 2024, to the end of April 2024.
As the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience. Please know that the hotel will remain open, and we will be offering our full range of services, including spa treatments throughout the dates of the project.
Work will take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm) and will be limited to a designated area of the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
