To be honest there was nothing impressive about my stay at Ambassador Hotel.

− The escalator was not working and the room l had was on the 4th floor. I had two big suitcases and for the money l paid my heart sank in disappointment carrying my luggage all the way up and all the way down. The first room they gave me had a flickering bathroom light that could have easily caused seizures. In the very same room the bed had no legs on one side. Across the road there were clubs that ppayed loud music for the bigger part of the night. What a waste of money it was. After complaining l was moved to another room by

Situated near all major places

− The shower cubicle had hair as if it has not been cleaned. There were no towels and when I requested I had to wait for nearly 30mins. The staff were unprofessional and not welcoming.
