Excellent Staff and Service and spotlessly clean - no restaurant service in the eveing

The service and staff are perfect. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is centrally located. The public areas are very grand, and the breakfast is to die for. The downside is they do not service dinner (very strange for this star rating) They serve snacks in the bar area. The rooms look a little tired, and the room we had, had a very small bath as classically beautiful as it is I feel an updated bathroom and removing carpets would bring it up to date

Wonderful hotel

Fantastic hotel, perfect location just a few steps away from the train station and you can barely hear the trains. The breakfast was amazing, you were spoilt for choice. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel has so much character as it's such an old building but is also super quiet. You won't go wrong with this hotel if you're looking for a classy hotel in the heart of Lisbon City.

궁전을 개조해 만든 유서 깊은 호텔답게 아름답고 우아하고 품격이 있습니다. 오래되었는데도 여전히 시설이 훌륭합니다. 기차역이나 메트로 그리고 주요 관광지와 가까이 있어 위치는 말할 것도 없이 좋고 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 가격이 꽤 비싸기 때문에 모든 사람을 위한 호텔은 아닙니다. 그러나 저는 다시 방문한다해도 꼭 이 품격 있는 호텔에 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 특히 조식과 로비층의 바에서 만든 시그니처 칵테일과 피아노음악은 너무도 훌륭했습니다. 프론트 컨시어지 레스토랑 바 룸서비스 직원 모두 매우 친절하고 다정합니다.

It is the third time we stay in this hotel snd everybtime it is an absolute pleasure! The staff is exceptional, the interior beautiful and luxurious, the breakfast delightful.
