− W ogłoszeniu jednym z dodatkowych udogodnień był taras na dachu z basenem, który miał być dostępny. Nie zostałam w żaden sposób poinformowana w trakcie rezerwacji, że owy taras jest w remoncie i wykluczony z użytku. Uważam, że cena wynajmu powinna być pomniejszona z tego powodu.

− Experiența noastră a fost foarte dezamăgitoare. Am ajuns la biroul de check-in pentru a ridica cheia apartamentului închiriat. Cheia era depozitată într-un seif exterior, însă nu primisem codul de acces. Am sunat la toate numerele de telefon disponibile și am trimis mesaje, dar nu am primit niciun răspuns. Din fericire, personalul de curățenie aflat la fața locului a contactat administrația, iar astfel am reușit să obținem cheia. Din păcate, problemele nu s-au oprit aici. După ce am ajuns la apartament, am constatat că cheia primită nu se potrivea. Administrația pusese în seif cheia greșită. Am încercat din nou să luăm legătura cu ei prin telefon, prin Booking și prin chat-ul Sun & Snow, însă nu am primit nicio reacție. Am pierdut aproximativ două ore încercând să rezolvăm situația, iar în final am fost nevoiți să găsim o altă cazare. Acest lucru a fost extrem de dificil, având în vedere că eram patru adulți și doi copii. A doua zi am returnat cheia și am explicat întreaga situație. Consideram firesc să nu fim taxați pentru o cazare pe care nu am putut-o folosi din cauza unei greșeli care nu ne aparținea. Cu toate acestea, compania a retras din cont suma de 101 euro. Din păcate, nu am întâlnit profesionalism, comunicare sau disponibilitate pentru rezolvarea problemei. Nu recomand această unitate de cazare și serviciile oferite.
