Guest review
9.0Café da manhã e funcionários.
− Problemas hidráulicos no banheiro.
Guest review
4.0The location is excellent especially for a solo traveller or a first time visit in Madrid. It’s very centrally located and easy to get around.
− The walls were quite thin so I could hear almost all of what was going on in the corridor of my hotel room which was inconvenient especially at night. The staff weren’t particular helpful and didn’t offer guidance on the couple of occasions when I needed it and it’s my first time ever experiencing such as a well travelled person who has stayed in many hotels. That was quite disappointing.
Perfect stay!
10.0The location is perfect - it’s located just in the center, with a walking distance to everything and very close to the metro stations. It was very clean and the staff were nice and friendly. I loved the breakfest! It has a lot of vegetarian options.
− Only that the bed was firm and a bit uncomfortable
