5.0− Room was on 4th floor. Elevators were not working. And the staircase was small and round.that its impossible to carry a normal suitcase till 4th floor. So I told the property owner I cant live here so I did not stay at storehouse studios , Amsterdam and left for another hotel to stay. Have asked for full refund.of booking amount as I fully eligible because important information regarding elevators not working was not shared on booking.com portal at the time of booking.
