Seemed a bit dated but clean and friendly

For a 4 star hotel although the room was big the furniture look passed it drawers falling apart, sink in bathroom was disgusting no information in the room about services available

Not near the town

If you need a Taxi think again! None helpful staff gave us a whole list of mobile numbers and it was basically good luck. Gave up after 11 call and caught the bus.

2 day cut short

Initial reception experience was poor as I was early . I just wanted to confirm was definitely attending etc. When asked if I could get a coffee following my long trip was repeatedly told bar opens at 12.00. It’s fine if you don’t sell or have facility but the was a Costa 2 mins walk away which could have been suggested.

No water provided in room Shower dribbled out Changed room, still the same! Bar lounge filthy floor and tables Told night before visit pool was closed, in fact open! We hadn’t taken costumes! Very expensive for what we experienced! We have stayed here before, but never again! We weren’t the only disgruntled guests!
