Great location and spacious rooms. Internet service was not very good.

− When we arrived from International flight they didn’t offer a bathroom we could have used to freshen up. Person who checked us in was not friendly.

− The reception staff were the main reason I wouldn’t return no particularly rude but also not welcoming would even say verging on rude. Also the room I was in didn’t look like any of these pictures I’ve definitely stayed in better hotels in Edinburgh with better locations. This hotel was hidden and very back street hidden and honestly run down on appearance

No cash payments are accepted. Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 20 per day. Car parking reservations are mandatory.
