9.0Assigned room was very quiet even though we were at a lower floor and facing the main road. Room size for Twin room (17 m) is good for couple. Wish that a floor towel for bath room could be available as it's wet getting out of the bathtub and onto the floor with wet feet. Bathtub is slippery for older people.

8.0Posizione dell'albergo e piena corrispondenza dei servizio ricevuti rispetto a quanto indicato in sede di prenotazione. Non comprendo le recensioni negative circa la pulizia ogni 4 giorni, visto che era chiaramente indicata; condivido che forse poteva essere più approfondita. C'è comunque massima disponibilità verso richieste di ulteriori cuscini, asciugamani e quant'altro. Personale cortese e disponibile. Apprezzabile il free coffee e free tea per chi scarica la app della catena.
− Nessun particolare rilievo negativo. Forse doterei, nonostante il tipo di ospitalità minimalista, le camere di un telefono. Apprezzabile sarebbe poter avere delle stanza anche con la cabina doccia e non con la vasca che risulta disagevole per chi ha problemi o per gli anziani. Va, in ogni caso, monitorato il calcare nei soffioni delle docce perché la scarsa attenzione a tale aspetto determina una pressione dell'acqua assai bassa.
