− Que pedi lavanderia me la cobraron aparte y cuando llegue a mi país también me la cobraron en la estadía así que me cobraron 2 vese lo mismo. En el desayuno las empleadas tienen un mal trato al cliente la tino como lo son ellos y a los americano que hablan inglés porque soy americana pero hablo más español me trataron feo. No tenían aire en mi habitación en la 441

Hotel med gode faciliteter og alle de services du kan forvente i denne klasse
9.0Hotellet har et servicemindet personale og gode faciliteter, hvor vi fik gjort brug af både svømmepøl og fitness center. Suiten er stor og med god plads. Rengøringen er grundig og roomservice hurtig og effektiv. Hotellet har nem og bekvem adgang til transport ved hoveddøren.
− Dele af hotellet bærer præg af at være af lidt ældre dato og kunne bruge yderligere vedligeholdelse. Til tider var ikke alt tilgængeligt i morgenmadsbuffeten.
