4.0Swimming pool and pool table was great experience for my family. It is a big house, we enjoyed the living room.
− 1) Bathrooms - At least bath mats are expected. None of the bathrooms had them. It was surprising that towels and toiletries/bed linens are not part of the house charges. 2) Kitchen - Kettle had rust in it. The only available pan was completely scratched up and not in a usable condition. 3) Balcony - Deck was covered with bird poo. 4) Floor - was dusty and unable to be used barefoot. 5) TV - the one in the living room was not smart TV with just free channels. The one in the ground floor room couldn't connect to internet.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of AUD40 per person or bring their own. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
