Not what I expected. I thought I had booked the same Scottsdale Sonesta as another recent trip

− This Sonesta Suite was very, very downscale compared to the other Scottsdale location. Deceptive branding policy. Kitchen was very poorly equipped. Staff supplied coffee mugs, cookie sheets when requested, but there were no sharp knives available. BAD Neighborhood. Again, very poor compared with the other Scottsdale Sonesta
