2.0Dingy, some areas of the hotel were not clean. Carpet throughout the hotel does not look clean. Relatives checked into rooms that were not clean and had to relocate to Hyatt House King of Prussia. Lousy, messy breakfast buffet. Low water pressure with no hot water in the shower. In our room, think there were wires in the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be. Dirty and stained meeting room chairs. Heard people in the lobby complaining to the front desk about lack of cleanliness. Hyatt Place King of Prussia needs a complete renovation. The worst Hyatt Place and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. More like a bad motel. Someone from Hyatt Corp needs to visit this hotel and find a new management group.

5.0I only liked the breakfast.
− I didn’t like that the staff never cleaned my room or offered to clean it during my stay. However, I really liked one of the front desk employees who works the night shift. He is very polite, attentive, and helpful, and he is always willing to assist. Another thing that really bothered me is that they have not returned my security deposit. They charged me a $100 security deposit, but I still have not received it back, even though I did not damage anything in the hotel.
Close to KOP Mall
6.0I've stayed at this location quite a few times. This last time was absolutely not the best however, I'm hoping that won't be a trend and this hotel will recover. As of late, if you're having a short stay (2days), this place may work, not so much for an extended stay.
