5.0Staff was amazing and our room had a stunning view
− The elevators were a mess. At checkout, after waiting 45 minutes for an elevator to take all the luggage down I got fed up and ended up carrying my whole families luggage down multiple flights of stairs.
Not worth the price - very bad experience

− The lobby was so hot - the hotel is not well air conditioned, the hot water was not working on Day 1, and the elevator was not working.
