8.0I had a good experience here and especially enjoyed the quality food, clean rooms, and the gym and pool facilities.
Poor hospitality especially a bell boy mintu
2.0Hotel was good everything was ok but there is a bell boy name Mintu he was sitting on reception which is not his job he was very rude indiscipline and honestly I was with some guest or I would have showed him how to behave, Pls try to avoid talking to mintu not expected from lords, Mr Bansal this would be the real dent for your chain a person was extremely rude.
