7.0− There was nowhere open to eat nearby when we arrived and it was very difficult to get a taxi into cairns, which isn't a fault of the hotel, but we were so tired when we arrived and it took over an hour for a taxi to accept a booking and pick us up. Worth knowing if you're staying there without a car
Good value for money
8.0Good size room with King bed. Clean towels daily. Good value for money. Walking distance to Raintree Tavern, Cafes and shopping Centre. Two lovely pools. Laundry facilities available. Lift to upper floors
− It's several kms from Cairns Esplanade and tourist areas (not walking distance) Our room faced the pool as did another wing of the property. Unfortunately noise carries from other rooms.

10.0Absolutely beautiful and well kept pools and gardens. Big spacious clean rooms. Smoking allowed on the balcony.
− The pool deck chairs were very hard and uncomfortable. The pools were awesome but the extremely uncomfortable chairs ruined the experience. Especially if you want to lay by the pool for an extended length of time. Shopping centre next door with Woolies, chemist, dr, etc
Very average would not recommend.

9.0The pools are great. Rooms are quality builds. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Able to reconfigure the beds to a twin as requested.
− Louvred windiw shades didn't block the light. 10 mins from cbd which is ok with a car.

8.0A good price for our 3 night stay and was in a good location for the day trips we wanted to do. The room was spacious, a little "tired" so could do with a renovation, but was spotless. Very comfy beds.
− Onsite parking was advertised so we assumed there would be plenty of spaces available. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and we had to park up the street some distance from our room.
