9.0MUY RECOMENDADO! Lugar muy cómodo, tranquilo y para vivir una experiencia diferente. Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias, y con una vista hermosa al río. Con balcón y hamaca. Camas dobles de 1.40mt. Personal muy amable. Las comidas tipo buffet muy ricas, variadas y suficientes.
− El aire de la habitación y el extractor del baño suenan demasiado duro y el lugar es muy tranquilo entonces ese ruido es incómodo en las noches y en las mañanas. Para los huéspedes debería haber un precio especial cuando se adquieren los tours. Debería haber un plan TODO incluido. No solo comidas sino bebidas y snacks. Muy reducidas las opciones de comidas, snacks y bebidas adicionales a las del plan de alimentación que se adquiere. Le falta aprovechamiento a los espacios del hotel. El kiosco de la piscina sin ambiente, sin atención. El horario de cierre de la piscina es demasiado temprano. Los precios de los productos del bar, no solo licores sino también bebidas no alcohólicas, comidas y snacks, son absurdamente altos, muy costosos. Las almohadas demasiado altas y duras. La zona del bar es pequeña y es la única zona donde hay atención a todo el mundo (huéspedes y visitantes), diferente del kiosco de la piscina entonces es un espacio que se queda corto. Revisar que otras actividades se pueden hacer, sobretodo con niños, o es estar en la piscina o en la habitación porque no hay nada mas que hacer en el hotel si ya se hicieron los tours y el safari nocturno.

Fabulous location for a peaceful family get away, great food, wonderful staff.
9.0We travelled as a family with our three small children and this hotel was perfect. The kids loved the rainforest and activities that we could book from the hotel. The staff were incredible. So friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend.
− The pool did turn green during our stay but the staff managed to clean it before it got too bad.
