Quería extender la estadía pero el Servicio al cliente de recepción a media mañana deficiente
10.0− Quisiera añadir que intenté extender mi estadía por una noche más. Antes de preguntar en recepción, verifiqué en la aplicación del hotel y aparecía disponibilidad para esa noche. Sin embargo, al consultar en recepción, me informaron que no había habitaciones disponibles. Les comenté que acababa de verificar la disponibilidad en la aplicación y me respondieron que llamarían a mi habitación para darme seguimiento. Nunca recibí esa llamada. Finalmente, tuve que hacer el check-out y marcharme, a pesar de que la aplicación seguía mostrando disponibilidad. Esta situación fue muy decepcionante y reflejó una falta de comunicación y de atención al cliente.

9.0The location, staff very helpful & professional. Hotel & room clean & comfortable layout. Had small balcony where relaxed I had my morning coffee. It felt & was safe at all times. Pool is pretty big.
− Room didn't have a microwave oven and breakfast is not included in hotels fee. These are small details that can easily be fixed
