7.0It was in a great location, it was clean, and reasonably priced.
− The toilets made the loudest, most startling noise when flushed. We could hear other rooms flush with the same loud noise, and it was so bad that it woke us up every time it was flushed.
Overall, a great experience!
10.0The property is very clean inside and out. The rooms are very well maintained and organized, same for bathrooms. A lot of parking space. The cleaning crew was also super nice and friendly!!
− One staff member in the front desk came off a little standoffish, but it was late in the evening when I checked in, so maybe he was just having a long and tiring shift.
Good price, great location, not worth the headaches.
2.0The location near SFO and availability of a free airport shuttle is great. The room was clean and comfortable.
− The staff appeared to be lacking training or much support from management: - front desk did not send my receipt via email, as promised - billing/accounting problems with getting the deposit refunded on my credit card - kitchen staff was way overloaded, and it took 45 minutes to get a bagel - during calls with the front desk they are rather discourteous
